We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others.
• Promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Ordering & Payment

When you place an order through our Services, you agree to the following:

• Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to acceptance by Inay's Kitchen. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱) and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and delivery fees may apply.
• Payment: We accept payment via GCash, cash on delivery, and other methods as indicated on our platform. You agree to pay all charges associated with your order.
• Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order, including menu items, quantities, and delivery details.
• Availability: All menu items are subject to availability. We may substitute items if necessary.

4. Delivery & Pickup

We offer both delivery and pickup options. By using these services, you agree to:

• Delivery Areas: Delivery is available within our designated service areas. Additional fees may apply for deliveries outside these areas.
• Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience. Actual delivery times may vary based on traffic, weather, and order volume.
• Pickup: For pickup orders, please arrive at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time. Orders not picked up within 30 minutes may be cancelled.
• Receiving Orders: Upon delivery or pickup, please inspect your order immediately. Report any issues to our staff right away.
• Refusal: Inay's Kitchen reserves the right to refuse delivery or service to any individual for safety or other legitimate reasons.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are issued as store credits.
• Quality Issues: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery/pickup for assistance.
• Restaurant Cancellations: Inay's Kitchen reserves the right to cancel orders due to unexpected circumstances. We will notify you and issue a full refund.

6. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services.
• Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use our Services for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose.
• Resell or redistribute our products without authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Inay's Kitchen's website and mobile application, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Inay's Kitchen and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for personal use.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our express written consent.
• Trademarks: "Inay's Kitchen" and our logo are trademarks of Inay's Kitchen. You may not use these without our permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inay's Kitchen and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
• Any damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in our content or products.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Non-payment of fees or charges.
• Request by law enforcement or other government authorities.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Dispute Resolution.
